Detroit, Michigan - Saturday, November 25th, 2023, residents of Metropolitan Detroit visited the Detroit offices of the NAACP in supporting local Black Owned and Operated Businesses to do Small Business Saturday.

Charles Collectibles and Books LLC was honored to be selected by the NAACP Detroit Office for a second straight year to participate in their Small Business Saturday Pop Up Shop. This is a national campaign to support and promote locally in communities across America for area goods and services instead of shopping with major retailers.

Over ten area businesses including Charles Collectibles and Books LLC were in attendance to give Detroiters an opportunity to spend their dollars locally in their community. A lifelong Detroiter and supporter of Charles Collectibles and Books, Debra Wheaton was thrilled to shop locally in her own neighborhood.
